Curious as to what Tegmark sees in correlation to the three states of matter as consciousness of experience specific. Not sure of the relationship to Chalmers.  Maybe all that junk DNA is tuned specific, for what we are able to gather in terms of the unifying whole and our access to information. Sort of like Seth Cohen finding the underlying signal attenuation that gives access to frequencies specific…….his relationship to Mandelbrot.
