Historical Continuity
The current site reaches back at least to the 2000s and contains persistent threads involving geometry, topology, relativity, sound, synesthesia, consciousness, quasicrystals, dimensions, physics, philosophy and imagery. For example, the Synesthesia archive connects material from 2008–2012 with newer work from 2026, including Sound, Colour of Gravity, Sonification and Memory.
Likewise, the Topology archive contains older material concerning noncommutative geometry, general relativity and projective geometry, while the Compactification archive reaches back to 2004 and connects dimensions, Einstein, Kaluza–Klein and symmetry.
Dialogos of Eide is undergoing a transformation.
After more than twenty years of research, writing, images, music, experimentation, and inquiry, the purpose now is not simply to keep the site online. It is to make the work increasingly understandable, discoverable, and sustainable in its own right.
The challenge is therefore larger than maintaining a website.
It is a question of legacy: how can something built over a lifetime remain useful when the person who built it can no longer carry the entire burden of maintaining it?
The work now underway is an attempt to answer that question.
Most of us understand how interesting our genealogy is with regard too, DNA testing regarding our lineage, or, how our ancestry becomes important to our families,. Our children, then becomes, their children and so on. Having that access to that lineage is important. I am a Father, a Grandfather, and more than likely, soon, a Great Grandfather.
But more than anything the world opened up, the more I researched, and the more a certain creativity was born. So, incurring that cost was my financial contribution to sharing with everyone, and more importantly, sharing something of myself to all of you.
The work therefore continues—not simply to preserve what has already been made, but to build a structure through which others may find it, question it, connect it, and perhaps carry some part of it forward.
What began as one person’s inquiry is now becoming an archive of that inquiry, made increasingly capable of speaking for itself. So I am going to continue to work, my passion, while life still grants this safe passage through this world.
